Notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, has informed the general public, stakeholders, supporters, members of the media, and invited guests that the planned press briefing organized to celebrate and highlight the achievements of Distinguished Senator Dr. Mrs. Ipalibo Harry-Banigo, earlier scheduled to hold on Sunday, June 8, 2026, at the NUJ Press Centre, Port Harcourt, has been postponed.
According to the ONC President General, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, the event, which was aimed at celebrating Senator Banigo’s three years in office and her impactful representation of Rivers West Senatorial District, will now hold on a later date to be communicated in due course.
He said that the leadership of the ONC regrets any inconvenience this postponement may cause and appreciates the understanding, continued support, and cooperation of all concerned parties, as a new date for the press briefing will be officially announced soon.
