Respected group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, is set to honour HRH Eze Peter Wobeareri Wagbara (CP Rtd) psc, FCAI, FCIDA, as Ambassador of Peace.
According to the President General of the ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, the Congress had on 13th October, 2025, in a crucial meeting approved the nomination of HRH Eze Peter Wobeareri Wagbara for the honour.
Ambassador Ibe said, “The Executives of the Congress, in a crucial meeting, approved the nomination of HRH Eze Peter Wobeareri Wagbara to be honoured as an Ambassador of Peace”.
“We arrived at the decision after analysing the critical roles he has played in the security of lives and property as a Police officer and a monarch. The honour as an Ambassador of Peace is therefore, well deserved as he has always been in the forefront in the promotion of peace and security.”
“We congratulate HRH Eze Peter Wobeareri Wagbara and hope that the honour will spur him to do more for humanity in area of promotion of peace, security, culture and tradition in Elele Alimini Kingdom, Rivers State and beyond.”
