Indigenous sportswear company Owu Sportswear has thrown its weight behind the Lagos State League, emerging as the official kit sponsor for the 2025/2026 season.
The company’s CEO, Barrister Tunji Brown, said the initiative reaffirms Owu Sportswear’s commitment to grassroots sports development across Lagos State.
“We are supporting grassroots sports one hundred per cent, and this is our contribution to the growth and development of football at the grassroots level in the state,” he stated.
As part of its support, the company has announced significant discounts on kits for teams participating in this year’s State League, which is scheduled to kick off later this month.
Barrister Brown further revealed that the company’s involvement will extend beyond the early stages of the competition, with additional support planned for the Super Four phase. He noted that the modalities and level of support for that stage will be discussed and finalized as the tournament progresses.
Owu Sportswear is an indigenous brand known for producing high-quality sportswear for both Nigerian and international markets.
