The maiden edition of Sports Day for students in commemoration of Year 2022 International Children’s Day, which was held at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Surulere, was a success with the participating students displaying enthusiastic sports talent at the one day event.
Organised by the Lagos State Sports Commission in collaboration with GoldcrestFamily Centre, the Sports Day with the theme “Intervention for the New Generation”, was attended by 20 public schools within Surulere Local Government Education Authority (LGEA).
The pilot edition of the Sports Day showcased Taekwondo Poomsae and Table Tennis.
