Officers, rank and files of Prosecutors attached to the Igbosere and Tinubu Magistrate’s Courts in Lagos have organised a  mini-send off party for  their colleague, DSP Amedu Adoga Retd. in appreciation to Almighty God for his retirement with sound health after serving the Nigeria Police Force meritoriously and unblemishingly for the mandatory 35 years.

The Officers said they decided to celebrate Adoga because he was a dedicated and hardworking officer with a passion for the Police job and an exceptional Police prosecutor who was always craving for justice and fairness throughout his career.

The event held at the Tinubu Magistrate’s Court attracted several dignitaries both from the Police and others outside the Force including Barr. Jude Ozemhoye; Otunba Ololade Oluyede, Mr Kazeem Okoosi, Lateef Lawal and others too numerous to mention.

Speaking at the event, Barr. Ozemhoye stated that DSP Adoga was a dedicated Police prosecutor with human heart who was always craving for justice and fairness, adding that Adoga was an asset to the Nigeria Police Force who would be missed by all who knew him.

Otunba Oluyede said that Adoga’s retirement would be felt by those who knew him because he was a Police officer who derived pleasure in helping anyone who is facing any problem be it at the Court or at the Police Stations.

The organisers later presented a four corner size gift through Barr. Ozemhoye to Adoga as parting gift.
