Police Storm Abuja-based Reality Show House After Receiving Petition

It was real live drama for television viewers as security operatives stormed the house where housemates of the Royalty Reality TV Show (Game Changer edition), is being streamed live on Pipul TV channel 302 (Hamon Reel). 

They stated that they had received a petition against the televised/streaming live reality show from an undisclosed source. They forced their way into the house to interrogate the housemates, while the show is live on air. 

The harassments and intimidation is expanding as concerted efforts are being made behind the scenes to stifle Nigerian grown content from rubbing shoulders with existing local pay TV networks.

It is gathered that this action is reportedly to stifle the local TV network as it is feared that the show which is in the format of Big Brother and streaming live on Pipul TV 24/7. 


The show is reported to begin to gain popularity and may start competing with Big Brother Naija.
