President Ahmed Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of the State Party Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo State, Hon. MacDonald Ebere, PhD, as the Board Chairman of the Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology, Lagos.
Hon. Ebere, a seasoned politician and astute administrator, has been instrumental in strengthening the APC’s structure in Imo State. Through his strategic leadership, he has fostered party unity, enhanced grassroots mobilization, and contributed to the party’s electoral successes and governance stability in the state.
With his extensive experience in political administration, stakeholder engagements and organizational leadership, Hon. Ebere is well-equipped to bring transformative leadership to his new role.
His appointment is expected to enhance the institution’s governance, improve policy direction, and drive initiatives that will further the college’s mandate of advancing fisheries and marine technology education in Nigeria.
