It would be too much over emphasis to say that the steps, decisions and actions taken so far by President Tinubu have vindicated us as his unconditional lovers, admirers and loyalists, we have never expected anything less. What is however, more reassuringly soothing is the manner in which he has been carrying out the business of governance to our fulfilment and even to the amazement of his hitherto antagonists. Indeed, Nigeria can develop the best of judgement when they see sincere actions of our government. Everyone is now in consensus as to the greatness that is coming to Nigeria through Tinubu’s administration.
There is no doubt Nigerians have been starved of good and quality leadership for a long time. We have so technically forgotten what good governance is all about, that we just adapt to all the 0.5% service delivery that we have been getting for years. It does appears as if we are dreaming with this slate by slate of Asiwaju’s renewed leadership qualities.
President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR is truly IDAN BABA IDAN. You can’t beat him to his acumen; his administrative intelligence is rare, sophisticated and indeed strangely pragmatic. Give it to him, he always beats all of us to our guessing.
If you are in the business of guessing and speculating about the next move that will be made by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, I advise you to stop wasting your time doing that. Asiwaju is not using the old syllabus of governance to govern Nigeria, he has developed his own unique syllabus which is far more richer than anyone that has ever been used by his predecessors. The morbidity of death cannot be compared with the livingness of sleep.
While sitting on the side corner for about forty years, intermittently playing as sub (1999-2007), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has watched the game, studied all areas of need, ascertain his SWOT and thereby developing a broad and pragramatic good governance syllabus.
The more you try to guess his ways, the more you “lule”. All I can assure you is that, he is not just taking Nigeria out to reclaim her place as African giant, he is also taking this nation to stand shoulder to shoulder on the platform of honour with any country you can consider First World Country. This is not an exaggeration, you only have to understand how the president is taking that ambition and you will see that he is very serious about that.
It does appears that Asiwaju is aiming to move away government officials from any kind of docile, dogmatic and unpatriotic administrative styles where heads of Parastatals, Ministries, Departments and Agencies will lay back and do nothing to help in the implementation of government policies. That era where nobody would supervise anybody and everybody would be left to auto-run without checks. These Special Advisers are going to do more than “whispering” to the ears of the President, they are going to oversea, monitor and advise on strict compliance to presidential blue print by these agencies, sanctioning along the line anyone who makes any attempt to stumble the path to Nigeria’s recovery.
The appointment of the Special Advisers has left everyone sighing in relish, the President is mesmerizing us with high level administrative intelligence, no doubt. He is doing something extraordinary, he really means business and he wants to achieve this desired greatness in a different way. It will end in praises.
The success Tinubu is aiming for Nigeria is even higher than the minimum average Nigerians were actually hoping for. This God sent Tinubu is taking NIGERIA somewhere great, we just have to double our supports for him, with prayer and sincere patriotism. May God help us!
