Princess Dr Folashade Olabanji-Oba Felicitates With Muslims On Eid-El-Maulud As She Charges Citizens On Healthy Environment

Aarebirin Hon. (Dr) Folashade Grace Aishat Olabanji-Oba, the National Chairman, Association of Local Government Vice Chairmen of Nigeria (ALGOVC) and Executive Vice Chairman, Ikorodu LGA, Lagos State, has felicitated with the Muslim faithful on the occasion of the celebration of Eid-El-Maulud.

 

Hon. Princess (Dr.) Folashade has also charged the Muslims to emulate the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet Mohammed in the area of humility, peaceful living, love and religious tolerance. She added that most of our societal challenges and problems will be greatly minimized if all the Muslims and indeed other Nigerians follow and practice the teachings of Holy Prophet Mohammed.

 

 

 

The renowned grassroots mobilizer, Hon. Dr Folashade, urged the Muslims to pray for peace in the present administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who is faced with the huge task of delivering on the Renewed Hope agenda for betterment of the country. She expressed the optimism that the President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, will restore the hope of Nigerians for a better present and future while equally stressing that our national challenges require all hands to be on deck before seeking for divine intervention to crown our genuine labour with great harvest in all areas of our national life.

 

While commenting on the 2023 World Environmental Health Day with the theme – “Global Environmental Public Health: Standing up to Protect Everyone’s Health Each and Every Day”, Hon. Princess Folashade charged citizens on maintaining good environment, which will help the efforts of government geared towards healthy living.

The National Organizing Secretary of A. A. S. G. highlighted that a healthy environment can help in no small way to reduce the cost of living by minimizing visits to hospitals and help increase longevity.
