A popular Prophet in Lagos, Akanbi Michael, has landed in trouble after he allegedly engaged a police man’s wife in sex during a purported deliverance in his church.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at K & S Street area in Abaranje, Ikotun, Lagos, where he resides and uses as healing centre.

It was gathered that the DPO Ikotun Division, CSP Emmanuel Onah, ordered the arrest and investigation following the report by the victim and her husband over an alleged scam.
P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the victim reportedly had a rash in her private part and secretly went to Prophet Michael for healing without informing her husband. Aside that, she reportedly had a business transaction involving land, in which she had invested an undisclosed amount of money.

The woman claimed that after the healing, Prophet Michael started sleeping with her under the false pretense of testing the spiritual work he had done.
However, the whole secret was exposed after the victim sexual behavior changed and she did not allow her husband to sleep with her. The husband, who suspected that something was wrong, threatened to send her away if she did not reveal what happened. It was then that the woman confessed and pleaded for forgiveness. She claimed that she was lured into it by the prophet’s deceit. She even told her husband how Prophet Michael had been exploiting her and refused to release a parcel of land she reportedly bought from him.
Police operatives then invaded the place, arrested Prophet Michael, in the process they discovered strange pictures of people tied in the altar and brought them to the station as exhibits.

However, Prophet Michael denied the allegations and reportedly told the Police that he had healed her of what brought her to the church.

When our correspondent visited the police station, Michael was seen detained; undergoing interrogation and writing statement.

The DPO Ikotun Division, CSP Onah, was said to have gone out for routine checks of the areas within the Division and was not available for comments on the matter. But sources said that the Police have started investigation into the matter to unveil the facts in order to take necessary actions.
