Enugu state-born Joseph who is married, allegedly lured another single woman, 38-year old Mimi Amaka Ibe into a relationship under the false pretence of converting her as a born-again Christian and marrying her later.
Unknown to Mimi who accepted the offer, Joseph was married and lived with his wife in another area of Ikotun.

When Mimi confronted Joseph, he admitted having a wife and promised to send Joy away and settle down with her as his new wife.

An attempt to cart away all of Mimi’s property while she was away  was resisted by her neighbours.
He claimed that he bought those property and rented the apartment for her.

But Mimi denied that Joseph bought the property for her.
The incident happened at Ijegun where Mimi rented a self-contained apartment and lived alone before she met Joseph.
