The remains of the former Presidential Candidate of the defunct National Republican Convention, NRC, in the June 12, 1993 election, Alhaji Bashir Othman Tofa, who died in the early hours of Monday, have been laid to rest.
The burial, in conformity with the Islamic practice, took place in Kano.
