The security agencies have intensified efforts to unravel those behind the printing of posters of the convicted cleric and General Overseer of the Christian Pentecostal Assembly, CPA, Rev. Emeka Ezeuko a.k.a. Rev. King declaring to run for the presidency in 2019.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the posters of Rev. King were seen at various corners across Lagos State, displaying his intent to run for the highest political position in Nigeria under a political party named APDA.
The posters were prominently seen at various corners including Ajao Estate, Oshodi, Ikotun, Ejigbo, Mushin and others areas.

It was gathered that security agents comprising the Police, DSS, have since started clandestine investigation to arrest those behind it but they have not succeeded yet.
The members of the church were also said not to be relenting as they strongly believed that it was possible for their General Overseer, Rev. King, to become the President from prison by divine intervention but how that will be achieved was not known yet.
Recall that the controversial cleric was found guilty for murder and convicted to death by hanging for torturing and killing one of his members by pouring petrol on her and setting her ablaze. The matter went from the Lagos High Court up to the Supreme Court which confirmed the death sentence.
However, subsequent government had not been able to execute the judgment and since then he had been in the prison custody waiting for the date he will be hanged.
Despite the imprisonment and intended hanging, the members had always believed that he was innocent and that God will intervene and he will come out alive.
When our correspondent visited the church at Ajao Estate in Lagos, few members met there confirmed that they have seen the posters but denied that they had any hand in it.
One of the members, one Mr. King, said that they have not lost hope and they strongly believe that Rev. King will come back one day and even become the President of Nigeria.
However, the security agencies were said not to be taking the issue lightly and working to know those behind the posters and the motive.

  • Just as it was impossible for human peanut brain to comprehend how Jesus would and eventually became the king of kings and the lord of lords from the grave, so it cannot fathom how Rev King would become President of Nigeria from prison. So also if you can decode how Rev King cures HIV/AIDS, then you can conceptualize how He can become President.

  • He is the only solution to Nigeria problems... useless Nigeria's who don't think well instead believes in foolishness..rev king 2019
