The recent appointment of the wife of the Deputy Speaker and member representing Bende Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Dr. Ezinne Chinyere Benjamin as the Chairman of the Board of the Abia State University Teaching Hospital by Governor Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, has attracted public attention and unsubstantiated interpretations.
