Senator Adeola Preaches Love And Peace On Eid-El- Maulud

The Distinguished lawmaker representing Ogun West Senatorial District and the APC Governorship candidate for Ogun State, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi, who is the chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriations, has felicitated with all Muslims on the occasion of the Eid-el Maulud festival celebrating the birth of the Holy Prophet Mohammed.

In a message making the occasion, the Senator urged all Muslims and indeed other Nigerians to emulate the life and imbibe the teachings of the Holy Prophet Mohammed in the area of love, humility, peaceful coexistence and religious tolerance adding that most of our societal challenges and problems will be greatly minimized if all adherents of the Islamic faith and indeed other Nigerians follow the teachings and precepts of Prophet Mohammed.

Senator Adeola urged Muslims to pray for peace and security in the challenging times of Nigeria as we head towards another season of electoral campaigns and elections stressing that our national challenges require all hands to be on deck including supplication to Almighty Allah for divine intervention to crown our sowing and sacrifices with great harvest.

“In his lifetime, Prophet Mohammed set critical criteria and precepts in all areas of life in his teachings and personal life. The world will be a better place for all if all can emulate the Holy Prophet examples of piousness, love humility, tolerance and sacrifice” he stated.
