Senator Adeola Yayi’s Phone Hacked

The lawmaker representing Ogun West Senatorial District, Senator Solomon Adeola Yayi, said his attention has been drawn to numerous requests for financial transfers to some accounts, obviously from one of his telephone lines that has been hacked by cyber criminals.

 

Members of the general public, friends, relations, family members and associates are advised to completely disregard such solicitations as they are not from the Senator.

The matter has been reported to relevant security agencies and efforts are ongoing to track down the criminals behind the hacking and solicitation messages to associates of the senator and the accounts presented by the fraudsters.

 

Senator Adeola informed the general public that he will never request any individual to transfer money to any account on his behalf to solve some emergency or urgent problem.
