Seyi Tinubu (@STinubu) is a prime example of how one can excel in a demanding career while significantly contributing to society. We proudly proclaim that Seyi Tinubu, affectionately known by his peers as ST, is a tremendous asset to our beloved nation, Nigeria.
As the CEO of Loatsad Promomedia, a leading digital outdoor advertising firm in Lagos, he has revolutionised the landscape of marketing strategies, leaving a lasting impact on promoting goods and services. His visionary leadership extends beyond the corporate world to meaningful philanthropy through the founding of the Noella Foundation, named in honour of his daughter. This non-profit organisation is dedicated to advancing girl-child education, healthcare, youth empowerment, and poverty alleviation across Nigeria.
Under the Noella Foundation lies the Seyi Tinubu Empowerment Project (STEP), which focuses on creating employment opportunities and enhancing technological skills among Nigerians. STEP supports tech start-ups with skill development, seed funding, business mentorship, and networking opportunities, facilitating access to a community of tech innovators. Through his business and philanthropic efforts, Seyi has made a profound difference in the lives of many and still changing lives, finding deep fulfilment in the positive change he fosters.
Seyi’s commitment to social betterment is also evident in his role as an executive member and co-founder of TELD NGO, which has been dedicated since 2005 to improving the lives of underprivileged Nigerian youths through sponsorship and mentoring. He champions excellence within his organisations by investing in Nigeria-focused talent development and offering extensive training and mentorship programs nationwide.
A well-rounded, humble, well-behaved Yoruba Omoluabi, Seyi’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in law and a Master’s degree in corporate and commercial law from the University of Buckingham. Despite his influential lineage, Seyi’s ascent is a testament to his merit, intellect, hard work, and dedication to making a tangible difference in every assignment bestowed on him.
Beyond his professional achievements, Seyi is a devoted father, supportive pillar of his family and a sports enthusiast. He is married to Layla Jade, a Nigerian-Lebanese entrepreneur. Together, they support education and development through Tot Toys, a venture that provides educational toys and resources for needy children.
Seyi’s work has received widespread recognition, earning him numerous national & international awards and honours thus highlighting his entrepreneurial spirit and philanthropic impact. His life and career embody the essence of using one’s position and resources to create opportunities for others and to contribute to nation-building through human capital development.
Seyi Tinubu’s story is not just one of personal success but a beacon of inspiration. It demonstrates the powerful intersection of business acumen and compassionate philanthropy.
