One sure way to measure the credibility of a man and his established competence is to look at the testimonies of those he has served in the past. For Soludo, it has been a consistent recognition of character and competence by his two former political Bosses within the context of Nigerian public service.

Yesterday, I flipped to the back cover of Dr. Anselm Onuorah’s book — “The Audacity to Transform” — and saw the blurb written by Soludo’s former Boss, President Obasanjo, and I marveled.

I decided to reshare it here for your reading pleasure. It is also consistent with a commendation letter he wrote to him about 20years ago.

Here is what President Obasanjo said about the Man Soludo;

“In every sphere of life he has the opportunity to handle, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo has shown immense style of vision, intellect and a great commitment to national development. As Governor of Anambra State, I have watched him closely as he has continued to demonstrate exceptional leadership, driving growth and progress in the State. Earlier, I have watched him at close quarter as my Economic Adviser and as the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria. In both cases, he left nobody in doubt of his extra-ordinary ability, energy and intellect.

Dr. Onuorah’s book, “The Audacity to Transform”, is a fitting tribute to Chukwuma’s transformative journey, one that has consistently reflected his dedication to the progress of our nation. I commend Dr. Onuorah for his scholarly work, which will undoubtedly enrich our understanding of leadership and governance in Nigeria. It is a testament to Soludo’s enduring legacy that his story is being told in such a masterful way, inspiring a new generation of leaders to follow in his footsteps”. — OLUSEGUN OBASANJO
(Former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria).

This is timeless!
