Soludo Approves Appointment Of Mazi Ejimofor Opara As His SSA On New Media

Professor CC Soludo, the Governor of Anambra State approves the appointment of Mazi Ejimofor Opara as his Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on New Media.

Until his appointment, Mazi Ejimofor Opara, as he’s fondly called, was a principal Partner at Spruce Media Ltd, a media and advocacy consultancy firm.

Born on July 11th, 1988, Ejimofor holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology and Anthropology(2011), a Masters degree in Medical Sociology(2015), and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (in -view) medical sociology from the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, with interests in Nigerian/African Traditional/ Herbal Medicines Development; Women and Men Reproductive Challenges; Policy formation and Social Development Advocacy for Home-grown Development Strategies.

Mazi Ejimofor is also well published. A few of his researches and publications include:

(2), Director of Media, Youth Earnestly Support Soludo (YESS). (3), President, Nigerian Sociological and Anthropological Students Association (NSASA) in 2010/2011. (4), Secretarial Member, Oby Ezekwesili-led Anambra 2022 Transition Committee. (5), Special Assistant (Media) to Rt. Hon. Rita Maduagwu; Immediate Past Speaker, Anambra State House of Assembly.

Prior to the foregoing, Ejimofor had gained cognate experiences in working with BlackVoice Europe Magazine as a Staff Writer, StarChoice Media Productions as Production Assistant/Scriptwriter, FinoPlastika Industries
Limited as Sales Executive and Zutaafia Enterprises Ltd (Owners of ZutaMall).

Mazi Ejimofor is a member of the Awarding Body – Nigerian Anthropological and Sociological Practitioners Association (NASA), 2014, and certification in AfriHUB Nigeria Limited Certificate of Proficiency in Computer Applications, 2012. Awards and prices include Rotaract Club of Nnamdi AzikiweUniversity, District 9140 as Best Orator in 2011, Faculty of Social Science Students’ Association, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka Founding Members Performance in 2012, Nigerian Sociological and Anthropological Students’ Association Award of Excellence Performance in 2011, among others.
