The Soludo Administration has strategically began the process of repositioning the State Civil service as a responsive and efficient institution for the delivery of overriding public good.
At the last Civil Service week celebration the Governor announced and has gone ahead to implement a 10% increase in the salary of ALL civil servants in Anambra State.
Also in this year, the Governor through the office of the Head of Service, commissioned a training program for civil servants on the use of Microsoft 360 office package with the objective of reducing excessive paper works and mainstreaming the use of technology in service delivery.
This is the Anambra that works… keep Anambra working!
