Soludo Singles Out Opportunity

Soludo has singled out OPPORTUNITY as the variable that determines a significant part of human life chances. Using himself as a test case, he continues to remind his listeners that he is a product of equal educational opportunity.

As the son of a truck driver in the defunct NIGERCEM in Nkalagu, Ebonyi State, he sat in the same classroom with children of his Father’s Bosses — while his Dad could not get any close to his high ranking Bosses, he enjoyed equal privileges with their kids, and given a level playing ground he outperformed many of them academically. Of course the outcome in the life of an Adult Soludo is the rare occurrence that the Son of a non-literate Driver is today a Professor of International rating. This is without recourse to other exciting milestones that would have been impossible to achieve if Charley Nwa Mgbafor, the son of a Driver were denied the opportunity to QUALITATIVE education.

To replicate the opportunity mix, Soludo adopted Amoji Primary school in his community. In the last decade since his intervention, enrollment has skyrocketed, children from that school now do very well in common entrance exams gain admission into reputable Secondary schools with many of them studying different professional courses in Universities around the country. As at this moment, Amoji Primary School, Isuofia has an active Student nominal register of over 900 pupils.

By adoption, we mean Free tuition, two sets of Uniforms, two pairs of shoes, stationeries and recruitment of more Teachers paid the same Salaries with their counterparts on Government payroll.

Now, Soludo is saying again, that no child born in Anambra should have any reason to desperately leave her shores in search of opportunities in Education, Job, Business and indeed every aspect of life. If Soludo says this is Possible, I believe him. He has a record that speaks for him.

For a Greater Anambra, think *SOLUDO!*
