In her bid to add values to life and put smiles on the faces of the less privileged in the society, Nollywood actress, producer, philanthropist and entrepreneur, Tayo Sobola has set up a foundation, Sobola Tayo Anthonia (STA) foundation.
The beautiful and fashionable actress, popularly known in the entertainment industry as Sotayo, through the foundation reached out to the less privileged on Valentine’s Day, a day dedicated to showing love to friends, loved ones and people in general.
The foundation gave out relief packs which contains food items and provisions to people.
Speaking on this new project, the delectable actress stated, “I just want to use this platform to give back to the people. Government alone can’t do it all, we as people too should strive to cater for one another, especially those that are less privileged among us. My vision is to continue to bring smiles to the faces of people in my own little ways.
“We shall continue to positively impact in the lives of the people and also in the empowerment of the girl-child. STA Foundation is ready to bring that change we all deserve”, she further stated.
The mantra of the foundation is “TOUCHING LIVES”.
Sotayo has featured in many Yoruba and English movie productions, and her self-produced movies include: Corper Jide, Bella, Arewa Onijogbon, among many others.
The actress also own a fashion house, Clean Stitches and a multi-million naira movie production house, Sotee Entertainment.
