SYF Congratulates CSP Ogbechie Francis On Successful Retirement From Nigeria Police Force

The Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, SYF, has congratulated CSP Ogbechie Francis, the Divisional Police Officer in charge of Mile One Diobu Divisional Headquarters, Port Harcourt, on his successful retirement from the Nigeria Police Force.

 

In a congratulatory message signed by the National President of SYF, Ambassador Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, the group described CSP Ogbechie as an astute professional whose dedication and service contributed greatly to peace and security in Rivers State.

The Foundation commended the retired officer for his years of diligent service and commitment to duty.

“Congratulations to you CSP Ogbechie Francis on your successful retirement and impactful service to our fatherland through the Nigeria Police Force,” the statement read.

“His tenure at Mile One Diobu, one of the busiest and most sensitive divisions in Port Harcourt, was marked by professionalism, community engagement, and a firm commitment to maintaining law and order,” Amb. Ibe noted.

SYF said CSP Ogbechie’s wealth of experience in policing and his people-oriented approach earned him respect from both colleagues and the communities he served.

“As an astute professional with deep experience in policing, you did your very best while in active service necessitating our group to honour you for excellent service,” the group stated.

 

The Foundation added that the retired DPO’s leadership helped to build trust between the Police and residents of Diobu, especially in tackling crime and promoting peaceful coexistence.

While wishing him well in retirement, SYF prayed for God’s continued blessings upon CSP Ogbechie and his family.

“As you round up your service in the Nigeria Police Force, we wish you well in retirement and pray God to grant you good health, peace of mind, and joy in this new phase of life. Congratulations to you Sir,” Amb. Ibe concluded.

The Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria reaffirmed its commitment to recognizing men and women in uniform who have served the nation with integrity and distinction.
