The competition which started on Wednesday comes to an end tomorrow as DCP P.A Atayero, Force Director of Sports, Force Headquarters, Abuja would lead the other senior officers to grace the closing ceremony.
Takyun said all arrangements have been put in place to organize a colourful closing ceremony and charged the members of organizing committee to work round the clock for the success of the final.
“We are ready to receive our senior officers from Abuja and Lagos. This final would be a memorable one because we want to show the World that Lagos can host any national competition without any hitch. We are using this medium to welcome DCP Atayeto to Lagos and other invited officers that would grace the closing ceremony, “he said.
Meanwhile the semi final of women singles held yesterday as Tosin Atolagbe defeated Afusat Abdulahi 2-0, while Funke Aiyenugba beat Ijadare Grace 2-0 to reach the final stage.
The men singles semi final would hold later today. In the final of women security agencies category decided yesterday, Aminat Ilorin from Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC beat Nwumelu Perpetual of National Immigration Service NIS 2-0 to win the women category.
