Teacher Arrested For Engaging Girl, 8, In S*x Inside School Toilet

Police operatives from Gender Section of the Lagos State Command have arrested a 27-year old teacher, Isaac Nwatu, who allegedly lured an 8-year old pupil into the school toilet and engaged her in sex.
 P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 10th March, 2022, at Eibosaa Nursery & Primary School, Epe area of Lagos State.

The Police alleged that the teacher, Nwatu, was said to have directed the girl to go and wait for him in the school toilet. When he got there,  he removed her pants and inserted his dick inside her private part from the back for easy penetration. 
While he was still in the act, the school security guard, who was alerted, went to the toilet and forced him to revolve his dick from her private part and handed him over to the Police in the area for prosecution over his conduct.
The matter was further transferred to the Gender Section of the Command for interrogation.During interrogation,  the teacher could not deny the allegation because he was caught in the act and so kept mum over the conduct. 
The Police found him culpable over the alleged act and subsequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence. 

When he was arraigned, the Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor,  Supol Bisi Ogunleye, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice since the victim is still a minor. 

 The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. E. Kubeinje, ordered his remand in custody pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice while the matter was adjourned till 27th April, 2022, for the report of the DPP to be available, which will determine if the matter will be transferred the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
