Teacher Docked For Pressing Joystick On Teenage Student

A 38-year old teacher, Ogunfowon Joseph has landed in trouble after he got sexually aroused and pressed his erect manhood on the body of a 15-year old student within the school premises.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at a popular school called Tripple Crosses located at Ogba area of Lagos where Joseph was employed as a teacher while the victim as a student.

It was gathered that the suspect was aroused by the victim’s beauty, he reportedly invited her into one of the classrooms in the school, touched her body, romanced her and attempted to kiss after he had already held her closely to his body.

When he was relieved of the tension, he allowed her to go and warned her not to tell anyone about what happened. However, the victim who did not like what happened got home and informed her parents.

It was gathered that her parents then went to the Human Rights section at the Police Command, Ikeja and reported the assault. Hence the suspect was arrested and taken to the Command for interrogations. He initially denied until the victim confronted him and insisted that he did it.

The police found him culpable and charged him before Ikeja Magistrates court for sexual assault.

He pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Inspector Benson Emuehi did not opposed his bail condition because the offence was bailable.
Thus the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O Sule Amzat granted him bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 19 July, 2018.
