A Lagos State judokasu is setting her sight on winning bronze medal in 52kg female judo event at the ongoing Edo 2020 National Sports Festival in Benin City.
Nosa Ihaza drew her fight on Sunday. Though she is out from winning gold and silver medals, she will be fighting to win bronze medal in that weight category.
When speaking after her fight at the University of Benin, Ihaza vowed that she is hopeful of winning bronze medal for Team Lagos.
“I should have won the fight, but I was carried away during the fight. I will try my best in fighting for the bronze medal,” said Ihaza who is contesting in her second National Sports Festival outing.
