Teju Babyface Reveals ‘Secrets of the Streets’ In His New Book

Teju ‘Babyface’ Oyelakin, the Executive Producer and Host of the Popular television show, The Teju Babyface Show, is set to officially launch his book “Secrets of the Streets”.

The launch of the book, which highlights 23 Secrets for achieving success with talents, will hold on May 19 at the MUSON Centre, Onikan, Lagos.

Even though the book was originally released last year, Teju Babyface said that he had no intention of launching it at first but the feedback from readers and well-wishers calling for a launch and public presentation was overwhelming.

The book is written in a riveting and easy-to-read format and this is perhaps not surprising coming from a writer whose background is telling jokes.

Whilst he didn’t exactly grow up on the streets and had something of a sheltered upbringing, Teju Babyface’s career has been anything but smooth, even to a casual onlooker.

From early success in acting to acclaim as a comedian and to the Teju Babyface Show, he has had quite a journey in finding a successful career niche and he retells quite a bit in this engaging read.

In his words: “While it is my hope that the book will provide answers for many young Africans who desire to have a successful career in the entertainment industry, it is more than just a book written to that industry and will be instructive for anybody desiring success in any industry, apart from crime”.
