The audacity of Soludo presents some serious safety nets for many who think it is “forbidden” to discuss the core of our peculiar problems in public spaces.
While Soludo is laying the cards bare, there are some character-deficient Igbo Elites who hope to appropriate the perceived benefits of the situation at the collective expense of the mass of Igbo people whose sincere desire is to either exist in a truly functional Nigeria or allowed to grind their fate in a New Biafran Republic.
Again I insist, if there be any Igbo Leader who is as engaging as Soludo on the Biafran question let’s have him or her step forward.
Note, I don’t mean name-droppers, self-canonized Saints or self professed possessors of “street credibility”. To Soludo, if joining APGA does not provide him the latitude to discuss the Igbo destiny within the larger Nigerian context, then the “Onyeaghana Nwanne ya” spirit would have come to naught.
For a Greater Anambra, think SOLUDO!
