Theparkpay Technologies has achieved another significant milestone with the acquisition of its UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Small Payment Institution (SPI) licence.

This goes beyond regulatory recognition. It strengthens our ability to connect individuals and businesses to global payment networks, currencies and markets, and reinforces our commitment to secure, compliant, transparent and customer-centric financial services.

The UK licence complements our existing regulatory presence in Canada, the United States and Nigeria, and strengthens our ambition to build one of the most connected cross-border payment infrastructures serving businesses and individuals globally.

Our infrastructure already serves more than 300,000 active B2B and B2C customers, a clear signal of the demand for simpler, faster and more connected cross-border payments. The UK licence allows us to build on this foundation and serve an even broader international customer base.

What This Means for Our Customers

1. Global IBAN and Multi-Currency Collection

Customers can access enhanced international collection capabilities, including IBAN-based payment infrastructure designed to make receiving international payments easier.

The expanded infrastructure provides access to collection capabilities across 60+ currencies, including AUD, DKK, KES, GHS, TZS, MXN, QAR and CHF, subject to the relevant corridors and payment partners.

For businesses, this means greater ability to receive payments from customers, clients and partners around the world without maintaining separate traditional banking relationships in every market.

2. Faster GBP and EUR Payments

The UK infrastructure strengthens our GBP and EUR payment capabilities, including access to European payment rails and SEPA connectivity.

Customers can benefit from instant EUR payments across supported SEPA corridors and instant GBP payment capabilities, helping businesses and individuals move money across the UK and Europe with less friction.

3. UK-to-Global Remittances

UK customers can use our growing international payment infrastructure to send money to supported destinations across Africa, Europe, Asia, North America, the Middle East and other major global markets.

This creates a simpler experience for customers who need to support family members, pay suppliers, send business payments or transfer money internationally.

4. Global Business Collections

Businesses can use Theparkpay to collect international receivables, receive customer payments, convert currencies and settle funds into their preferred destinations.

This is particularly valuable for exporters, importers, freelancers, technology companies, consultants, marketplaces, international merchants and SMEs.

5. Stronger International Payment Rails

The UK licence strengthens our ability to develop and connect with international payment partners, banks, financial institutions and payment networks.

This creates the foundation for broader payment corridors, faster settlement and additional products for both consumers and businesses.

6. Greater Regulatory Confidence

The FCA licence strengthens our regulatory presence in one of the world’s most important financial markets.

It provides customers and institutional partners with greater visibility into the regulatory framework under which our UK payment activities operate.

What This Means for Businesses

For our B2B customers, Theparkpay is becoming more than a payment application.

We are building infrastructure that enables businesses to:

Receive international payments

Collect across multiple currencies

Pay global suppliers

Pay international contractors

Manage foreign exchange

Settle international transactions

Manage cross-border receivables

What This Means for Consumers

For our B2C customers, the proposition is equally simple:

Receive globally.

Send internationally.

Convert currencies.

Support family.

Pay businesses.

Spend anywhere and everywhere.

All through an increasingly connected global payment platform.

Theparkpay. Global Payments. Connected.

From the UK to Europe.

From Canada to Africa.
