The quiet ancient city of Abeokuta in Ogun State was a beehive of activities on Saturday, 2 November, 2019 when the first-ever road race tagged JAC Motors Abeokuta 10km Race was staged with thousands of runners from no fewer than 18 African nations including Nigeria in attendance.
The residents of Abeokuta and indeed other citizens of the state were not left out to be part of the historic event, which also had in attendance the Executive Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo ABiodun and other important dignitaries in attendance.
