Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo, one of the leading aspirants in the race for the seat of Chairmanship of Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area in the forthcoming Local Government elections in Lagos State, has stepped down and endorsed the incumbent Vice-Chairman Barr. Rekiyah Hassan.
Speaking at a press briefing on Sunday 16th May, 2021, Hon. Adebanjo said he is stepping down to allow the incumbent Vice Chairman fly the flag because both of them share same vision.
“I’m stepping down from the race because my vision and that of Barr. Rekiyah Hassan are identical. More so, I’m more than loyal to the cause and direction of our great party the APC,” he said.
Hon. Adebanjo also revealed that he has donated campaign souvenirs and collapsed his campaign structure into that of Barr. Olufunke Rekiyah Hassan.
