Top Singer, Oshozondi To Hang Out With Youths

A top music artiste popularly known as Oshozondi, will be hanging out with Nigerian youths in Lagos to motivate them to be self reliant and be useful to the society.

The event is slated for Friday 10th March, 2018, at the popular Don Cy Hotelz and Suites located at 52 Governor’s Road in Ikotun Lagos.

The Director of the hotel, Ambassador Ezewele Cyril Abionanojie confirmed the event saying that the programme was being organised to bring the youths together for Oshozondi to speak to them and prepare them to become self reliant.

Abionanojie said it was not only the Shaku Shaku champion, Oshozondi that will perform at the event as other artistes were also engaged to participate and talk to the youths.

Abionanojie said that the youths remained the future leaders, and when there were no jobs and employments they seemed to be frustrated after graduating from schools.

He explained that the choice of Oshozondi and others was made for them to share their experiences with the youths and encourage them to think and become self reliant in order to contribute to the society.

The hospitality boss said that many youths were getting frustrated and some have taken to drugs due to frustration and if they were not directed properly it will affect the society in the future.
He noted that crimes and drugs have destroyed many young people in some countries and it was gradually affecting the youths in Nigerian.
He posited that if it was not checked, that in the next 10 years, a generation of the youths will be wasted due to hard drugs taken, hence the organisation of the event to educate them.
