All is set for Good News, a 2-day open-air crusade in the Epe area of Lagos State. Presented by Tribe of Issachar Global Outreach, the programme will hold at the Epe Recreational Centre in conjunction with Epe Local Government Area, headed by Hon. Surah Olayemi Animashaun, this weekend, Friday March 28 and Saturday March 29, 2025.

The crusade, which features ministrations, healings and prophecies by a line-up of distinguished men and women of God like Apostle O. Solomon, Prophet Ola James, Bishop S. Okike, Bishop N. Danladi, Pastor D. Adedeji, Apostle Michael C.O. as well as Dr Jane Kamanya, will kick off at 5pm on the aforementioned days.

The free medical care for vulnerable Nigerian citizens, which has become another highpoint of the programme since it started a few years ago, will feature free medical laboratory analyses, free eye glasses, free drugs and welfare for participants.

The convener, Dr Jane Kamanya, in a media statement noted that the event which has grown in leaps and bounds is Tribe of Issachar’s way of nourishing the bodies and souls of Nigerian citizens, irrespective of creed.

“The programme is for everyone, and we do not discriminate. Everyone is free to attend and benefit from the ministrations, healings and prayers as well as the free medicals like drugs, glasses and laboratory tests. There will also be free Bibles, shoes as well as catering provisions for about 1,200 persons. This Epe programme this weekend is coming on the heels of the one we had in January at Iberekodo community in Ibeju Lekki. We have had similar programmes at Aja and Sangotedo, but now it is the turn of Epe residents.”

On how the initiative is being sustained, Kamanya attributed it to God’s grace.

“It has not been easy, but this project is being driven by passion, grace and the need to give back to Almighty God and society at large. It makes me feel fulfilled. Of course, we are open to collaborations from individuals and organisations who have the passion to give back to the society with donations of essential items like drugs, food and whatever they can afford, so we keep putting smiles on the faces of people in the country.”
