Uche Ogah, Party Leaders Appoint Ugbaja & Nwosu As DG, Deputy DG of Campaign Organisation

After due consultation with stakeholders and members of the All Progressives Congress in Abia State, Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah and the leadership of the party in the state have approved the appointment of Barr. K. C. Ugbaja as the Director General of his Campaign Organisation and Barr. F. N. Nwosu to serve as his Deputy.

Barr. K. C. Ugbaja was the Chairman of Ikwuano Local Government Area of Abia State, where he served meritoriously. He is a respected leader in the All Progressives Congress and a strategic player in Abia State politics. An astute lawyer with many years experience and vast business interest.

Barr. Friday Nwosu, is also a legal icon of repute and a strategic thinker. He was a gubernatorial aspirant in the just concluded primaries of the All Progressives Congress in Abia State. He challenged the nomination and emergence of Dr. Ikpeazu as the state governor in 2015, on the grounds that he provided offensive tax papers ‎to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

According Dr Ogah’s media office, their appointment was based on their wealth of experience and was strategic to securing victory for the party in the upcoming governorship election in Abia State. They have the mandate to coordinate his campaign and to ensure the smooth running of Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah’s electoral affairs.

By their appointment, Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah has ensured that many of the capable hands in the party are brought on board to deliver on his promises of transforming Abia State into a prosperous economy.
