When Policies Of Government Are Producing Results…

 

Waking up to testimonies of how policies of government are producing results is one huge source of excitement for anyone in public office. Someone called this morning to inform me that his wife was delivered of a bouncing baby boy over the weekend through a Caesarian session at the Enugu-ukwu General Hospital.

 

According to him, the joy that enveloped him after he was told that the services was provided for FREE is something that he can neither quantify nor describe.

 

This is more money in the pocket of a nursing father, more relief for a nursing mother and better living for an Anambra family. It is very easy to dismiss this as “is it not what we elected him to do?” I will only retort, if he is doing what we “elected” him to do, then he is deserving of commendation, especially in the face of biting resource constraints, spiraling inflation and competing socioeconomic needs.

 

Under Gov. Soludo Anambra is on a steady trajectory of growth and visible development across ALL sectors!
