Those whom the gods wish to destroy, they first make mad, and Mrs Excel Ihekweme, wife of Fabian Ihekweme, is proceeding like one under the manipulation of evil gods.
The gods are really smart but many do not know and when they have decided to deal with anyone, they will employ deceptive tactics but the victims will think they are acting properly without knowing that they are already on the path of self-destruct because they have been preset by the wicked gods of the land.
Just like her husband, Fabian Ihekweme, who declared and prosecuted an unprovoked media war on the Governor, Government and people of Imo State, Mrs Excel Ihekweme has also declared her own media war ostensibly from paranoia because there is no other justifiable reason for such.
When I watched her insulting the Governor of Imo State, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, who mercifully spent N10 million (naira) to save her from a strange disease that was determined to destroy her, then I knew that she is doomed and irredeemable like her husband, who went berserk with phantom claims, false accusations, swear words and thorny invective against the humble and caring Governor Uzodimma.
Fabian Ihekweme, was encouraged by Imo State hypocrites and enemies of progress uncomfortable with the victory and sterling achievements of Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma as Governor.
In addition, Fabian Ihekweme, did not speak truth to power instead, he engaged in futile campaign of calumny to mislead Imo people and cause civil unrest with the dashed dream that the Governor will call him at some point for settlement but his chickens have come home to roost.
Unfortunately, his wife, Excel, who is currently excelling in stupidity, has thrown caution to the wind with her online video outburst, falsely accusing the Governor, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, Chief Tony Chukwu and Sir Cosmas Iwu of masterminding her husband’s arrest.
Perhaps, she forgot that what she is doing is tantamount to cyber bullying, open harassment, social media defamation, character assassination, and more.
The truth however is that on the day Fabian Ihekweme was arrested, Chief Tony Chukwu, was in Port Harcourt doing his business, while Chief Cosmas Iwu was in Owerri doing his official job as secretary to the government of Imo State. Both of them, who are respected, honourable and prominent leaders of Okigwe extraction, have been making genuine efforts to call Ihekweme to order and broker peace. They have no hand in his arrest and for Mrs “Loquacious” Excel Ihekweme to be so callous to accuse Chief Tony Chukwu and Chief Cosmas Iwu of the arrest of her husband shows that the evil gods really want to destroy her.
Governor Uzodimma equally has no hand in the arrest of Ihekweme because, he is very inconsequential to get such treatment. The Police arrested him based on a petition by a concerned group of Nigerians and he will be arraigned shortly.
One had expected Mrs Excel Ihekweme, to be a calming factor in the mix and maintain a decent level of sobriety as a “cultured” African Woman.
Her recent online video outburst seems to suggest that she is in the same race with her husband and now that he is under arrest, the baton has fallen for her and she is carelessly running with it like a drunken jennet
Her claims are false, atrocious and misleading. Her outburst is unnecessary, and her style is unwholesomely counterproductive.
Meanwhile, using abusive language against the Governor, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, Chief Tony Chukwu, Chief Cosmas Iwu and displaying online madness cannot be described as freedom of speech/expression.
Indeed, those whom the gods wish to destroy, they first make mad, but the wise ones will learn and stay out of trouble.
