A 52-year-old woman, Osaige Celestina Subar, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly seizing the documents of a property worth N239m belonging to her aged mother, Felicia Kehinde Iyoha.

However, she pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Inspector Esther Adesulu, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since she pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that she actually committed the alleged offence.
