Woman Catches Boy, 12, Having Sex With Her Girl, 5

A 12-year old boy who was exposed to watching pornographic video in Lagos has tried the sex act on their neighbour’s 5-year old girl and was caught by the victim’s mother.

The incident happened at Dosumu Street in Mafoluku Oshodi, Lagos where they resided.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the defendant lured the victim to their parents’ house, removed her pant and penetrated into her private. It was learnt that while they were in the act, the mother of the victim looked for her and traced her to the suspect’s house where she eventually discovered that they were having sex.

The victim’s parents did not take the matter lightly as they went to the Gender Section of the Police Command at Ikeja and reported the assault on their daughter.

The boy was arrested and he confessed explaining to the police that he learnt about sex through pornographic films and he decided to try it on the victim but was caught.

He was charged before Ogba Magistrates Court for defilement. The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka granted him bail in the sum of N20,000 with one surety in like sum. The prosecutor, Mr. Christopher John did not object his bail.

However, he was remanded in the remand home pending when his bail will be perfected by the parents.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that he will also undergo counselling while in the remand home to change him for better conduct in the society.

The matter was adjourned till 3 May, 2018.
