A woman, Mrs. Ayandeji Funmilayo Christianah, has cried out over the disappearance of her son, Ayoniyi Mathew Ayandeji, in Ado Ekiti in Ekiti State, southwest Nigeria.
Master Ayandeji went missing during an attack on her residence on 13 April 2024 when some thugs invaded her residence with the intention of killing her and the children over an inherited property. Though she escaped with her two daughters, Elizabeth Obanijesu Ayandeji and Okiki Christianah Ayandeji, Ayoniyi Mathew was not so lucky, as he was missing in the wake of the attack.
“I have been searching for my son since then, but all efforts have failed to yield any fruit. Since last year’s April 13th 2024, I lost my son over the issue of a property of a house and land in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, that my father left for me. I want Nigerians and the government to help me find my son,” Mrs Ayandeji pleaded.
