Nigeria under 20 coach has praised u-20 and bayelsa queens top striker Janet Akekoromowei Seimenya following her goal in match-day season of the Nigeria women’s football league.
Seimenya scores her 4th goal of the season against Adamawa Queens on Wednesday.
Bayelsa Queens remained unbeaten with a 4–1 win over Adamawa Queens in Makwada.
Captain Blessing Ilivieda put the visitors ahead in the 12th minute, before Omo Afensemi equalised for Adamawa.
Goals from Janet Akekoromowei (36’) and Kindness Ifeanyi, who scored twice (45’, 66’), secured the win.
Ilivieda now has three goals for the season, Akekoromowei has scored in three consecutive matches to make a total of four goals and Ifeanyi leads with five league goals.
