An Indian National resident in Nigeria, Mr Ajesh George did not bargain for what happened to him after his encounter with a Nigerian, Wisdom Otuekong an employee of their company over working condition in Lagos.

The worker, Otuekong reportedly gave him a surprise attack and seriously battered him within the company premises before the company security men intervened and rescued him. The incident happened at DAG Industries Limited located at Isolo where George was the boss.

The assault was reported at Aswani Division and Otuekong  was arrested and charged before a Lagos court for the alleged offence. Some workers wondered what would have made Otuekong to attack his boss.

P.M. EXPRESS gathered that the suspect had disagreement with the victim over their working condition and the intimidation of workers by the management. It was gathered that the complaints resulted in hot exchange of words between Otuekong and George to the extent it later resulted to assault.

During the process, the suspect reportedly grabbed and hit the victim mercilessly before he was rescued. However, the assault has landed him in prison after he was arrested by the police and charged before Isolo Magistrates court for the alleged offence.
He pleaded not guilty. The presiding Magistrate, Mrs A.O. Adedayo granted him bail in the sum of N100,000 with one surety in like sum. He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition and the matter was adjourned till 9th of October, 2017.

P.M.EXPRESS tried contacting the suspect but he was prevented from speaking. He only managed to say that the victim was treating them like animals and he could no longer bear insults from him.
