Youths, Party Officials & Nwangele Communities Laud Imo Deputy Speaker’s Heart Of God

If there are lawmakers in the current 9th Imo State House of Assembly that have distinguished themselves in their legislative outings, oversight functions, empowerment programmes, youths engagement and  implementation of constituency projects, it would be fair and right when adjudged from a dispassionate independent assessment to say that Rt. Hon. Amara Chyna Iwuanyanwu (Amarachukwu Nwangele)  is qualified to be counted among the few performing state legislators despite paucity of funds. 

A close observation in the past few days at the turn out of events in Nwangele LGA following the ‘Christmas Bonanza’  of food items, cash donations and other material gifts feted on the mass of the members of Nwangele Constituency by their son and State Representative, Rt. Hon. Amara Chyna Iwuanyanwu, it has continued to be an impressive story as the Deputy Speaker of the Imo State House of Assembly, Amara Iwuanyanwu,  shows exemplary leadership through people-oriented, robust and effective representation. 

In keeping to his avowed promise of restoring power to Amuzi and Umueze Alafo villages in Dim na Nume Isu Autonomous Community, Nwangele LGA,  Rt. Hon. Amara Chyna Iwuanyanwu on Sunday, 2nd January, 2022, before the presence of Sir C.C.Amaefule, President General of Dim na Nume Isu Autonomous Community, Mr. Obinna Otuonye, President General of Amuzi Progressive Union, alongside select leaders of the community handed them over a brand new gigantic transformer with the sum of Two Million and Seven Hundred Thousand Naira (N2,700.000.00) to enable them install and energize the transformer as to be connected to the national grid.

 Coming shortly after that, on Monday, 3rd January, 2022, the egghead, proactive, youthful and useful member representing Nwangele Constituency, Amara Iwuanyanwu, played host to the APC Nwangele Chapter on a ‘New Year Get-Together’ at his Basilica of Grace  Dim na Nume Isu palatial country home,  emphasizing on the need to mobilize and galvanize grassroots support for the 3R Government under Sen. Hope Uzodimma; in his tireless and honest efforts to reconstruct, rehabilitate and recover Imo State for posterity while  sharing prosperity across Nwangele LGA. 

 The highpoint of the event, which had in attendance the creme of the LG Party officials, party leaders, critical stakeholders, supporters as well as Ward Executives, was the empowerment of 12 Nwangele youths with motorcycles  and cash donations to boost their economic activities and business engagements as the workaholic state legislator, Amara Iwuanyanwu, made a cash donation of One Million and Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N1,500.000.00) to APC Nwangele LG leadership under Hon. Chief  Philip Okechukwu Uwazuruonye and over One Million Naira (+ N1,000.000.00) to Ward Executives to enhance socio-economic and political activities in the system in line with the Shared Prosperity Mantra  of Governor Hope Uzodimma. He however, pledged  to always stand in the gap for the party officials at the LG level and Imo State at large.

 Amara Iwuanyanwu, a dogged Apostle of the Shared Prosperity Administration, during his remarks, reiterated his commitment to continually spread the gospel of the Shared Prosperity Administration as the arrowhead of the 3R Government in Nwangele LGA; using his contacts, political capacity, legislative sagacity, leadership dexerity,  grassroots reach and endearing  relationship with critical stakeholders  to mobilize the youths and the good people of Nwangele LGA to join the progressive train of the APC for the prosperity of our children and posterity.

 Speaking in an interview with the writer, the APC Nwangele LG Party Chairman and a former Transition Committee Chairman in Nwangele LGA,  Hon. Chief Philip Okechukwu Uwazuruonye, felt obviously elated that the event recorded huge success with massive attendance of party leaders, the youths and numerous party supporters across the 11 INEC Wards in the LGA.  He also saluted the resilience of Nwangele youths in believing in the legislative leadership of ‘Mr. Capacity’  and also for comporting themselves well during the empowerment exercise, trusting that the second batch of the Deputy Speaker’s Empowerment Programme shall accommodate as many youths as possible. 

 A diehard supporter and unrepentant loyalist of the Deputy Speaker,  Rt. Hon. Amara Chyna Iwuanyanwu, the APC Youth Leader of Amaigbo Ward 3, Comr. Ugochukwu Obioha, popularly known as Ahijo, while speaking with the writer, expressed happiness that a number of his friends were beneficiaries of the  economic empowerment gesture extended to Nwangele youths by the lawmaker.  

In his words, Ahijo expressed: “Mr. Capacity is my father in the political party. I am happy for those who benefited from his empowerment programme and I know it shall get to me one day. But even if it didn’t get to me in 5 years time, I would continue to support Mr. Capacity because he is a good man with a heart of gold”, the obviously  elated ward youth leader, Ugochukwu Obioha maintained.
