The pace is getting faster and the pitch, reaching high notes as the organisers of the annual Adron Games, have moved a step forward in preparations for the 2022 edition of the prestigious corporate grassroots sports festival bankrolled by one of Nigeria’s leading properties company, Adron Homes and Property Limited.
Thursday at its corporate office at Omole Phase 1, the organisers led by the wife of Adron Homes Group Managing Director, Olori Aderonke EmmanuelKing unveiled the official sportswear for this year’s competition in the presence of top executives of the company that included Group Company Secretary, Mrs Jesuyemisi Odeyemi, Mr Ayodeji Ojo-Omoniyi and Mrs Tola Longe.
While appreciating the company’s commitment towards making this year’s edition better and bigger, Chairman of Match International Limited, the games consultants, Waidi Akanni remarked that everything is taking shape in order to deliver a most exciting and successful championship in line with the renowned quality delivery standards of the sponsors.
“This year’s edition promises to be the biggest and most exciting of the Adron Games Sports Festival. And it would be graced by ex-Nigeria international footballers, as well as, some of the stars that did Nigeria proud at the World Athletics Championship and the Commonwealth Games.
“We look forward to the world-famous Daniel Amokachi, who is a brand ambassador for the games, to leading other renowned sportsmen and women to the fiesta,” Akanni, a former Lagos FA Chairman enthused confidently.
This year’s event is scheduled to hold November 10-12, at the Yaba College of Technology Sports Complex, Lagos.
