The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP), has highly commended the Executive Chairman of ONELGA, Sir Chukwu Shedrack Ogbogu, Esq., DSSRS, on the presentation of vehicles to Council officials.
While commending the Council Chairman, Amb Ibe said, “On behalf of the leadership and members of the ONC, I wish to highly commend the Executive Chairman, Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni Local Government Area, Rivers State, over the formal hand over of the official vehicles to his deputy, Dr Happiness Nwokocha, the leader of the Legislative Council, Hon Kenneth Nwadiaru, and the other ONELGA Councillors”.
“I use this medium also to call upon other Council Chairmen across Rivers State to emulate the steps of Sir Chukwu Shedrack Ogbogu and extend same gesture to our Council officials across the state to enhance their services to our people in different communities.”

“I equally charge the Council Chairmen across our beloved state to focus more on projects and initiatives that will cushion the economic situation of our people at the grassroots. As the tier of Government closest to the people, so much is expected from local councils especially now with the removal of fuel subsidy, which freed up more funds for development” Amb Comrade Ibe concluded.
