Amb. Emeni Ibe Felicitates With Hon. Dr. Chigbo Sam Eligwe On His Birthday

The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Ambassador Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has felicitated with Hon. Dr. Chigbo Sam Eligwe on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.

 

In a congratulatory message on behalf of the ONC and the people of the Orashi region, Amb. Ibe described Dr. Eligwe as an illustrious son of Ekpeye Kingdom and a respected leader whose contributions have continued to impact the Orashi region and the Niger Delta at large.

Amb. Ibe praised Dr. Eligwe for his commitment to service, integrity, and the development of his people.
