The National President of the Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP), who doubles as the Rivers State Coordinator for Civil Society Campaign Council for Tinubu Shettima 2027, has hailed Chief Barry Balera Mwara as he picked the All Progressives Congress, APC Nomination Form to contest for the Rivers South-East Senatorial District.
