“Empowerment is not just about acquiring power; it’s about purpose,” Dr. Alile emphasized, encouraging women to utilize their achievements to create positive impacts across various spheres, from boardrooms to marketplaces. The event served as a vital platform for fostering dialogue and collaboration amongst women from diverse backgrounds, showcasing the immense potential within them to drive societal change.
