A woman, Mrs. Mojisola Taiwo, may likely not be a happy mother at the moment following the recent conduct and threat she got from his 17-year old son, Quadri Taiwo, in Lagos, who has reportedly sworn to kill her.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the son, Quadri, was arrested by the Police intelligence operatives from Area G Command, Ogba, Lagos, for threatening his mother, Mojisola, over an undisclosed disagreement between them.
The incident happened at Balogun Street in Prime, Agege area of Lagos, where they reside.
The cause of the disagreement was not disclosed by the Police as to what may have provoked Quadri to have threatened to kill his biological mother.
It was gathered that Quadri was bitter with his mother and expressed it publicly in their neighbourhood to the extent their neighbours were wondering if she was actually the mother of the boy.
However, when the threat became unbearable for his mother and sensing that her life was in danger, she reported the matter to the Police and the boy, Quadri, was arrested.
He was subsequently charged before Ogba Magistrates Court for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace and threat to life.
He pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Supol Kehinde Ajayi, asked for a short adjournment for hearing for the Police to prove that he actually committed the offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. A. Ajibade, granted him conditional bail. But he was remanded in a juvenile centre pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
The matter was adjourned till 4th February, 2021.
