Breaking: DSS Release Detained Babatunde Gbadamosi

After a week after he was arrested, the Department of State Security, DSS on Thursday released businessman and politician Babatunde Gbadamosi.

Sade, wife to the chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party , confirmed that her husband was released at around 1 p.m Thursday.

Gbadamosi was arrested last Wednesday after he was invited by the DSS to their Lagos office.

He was then transferred to Abuja on the same day where he was held until his release moments ago.

He was suspected to have been arrested over a video where he made some claims concerning forex transaction in the Central Bank of Nigeria.
